CDK Stone was thrilled to collaborate with Hunting for George on their latest renovation adventure, transforming an 80s kitchen in their cozy timber cabin. This project, led by visionary founder Lucy Glade-Wright and her partner Jonno Rodd, resulted in a truly unique kitchen that marries the charm of a rustic retreat with the elegance of contemporary design and trending hues. The kitchen’s benchtops, graced with Mirage Lake Quartzite, feature striking blues and greens that work with a variety of materials and finishes, crafting a space that feels invitingly lived-in rather than a pristine, ultra-modern kitchen. After more than a year of dedicated effort, this transformation beautifully illustrates how even the most overlooked areas can be revitalised into stunning, captivating spaces.
