Perched along the sun-soaked and picturesque Tamarama coast, this charming yet modern four-story residence seamlessly blends elements of the serene beach and lush greenery into its interiors. The visionary behind this project is Megan Brown, the founder and creative director of Penman Brown. This dream home was meticulously crafted to meet the client’s desires and has earned a spot as a finalist for the Residential Design Award at the Australian Interior Design Awards being nominated in the Residential Interior Curation Category and the Residential Single Category. Featuring a stunning array of Natural Stones carefully chosen to create a cohesive and harmonious material palette, this home showcases Palazzo Dolomite on the kitchen surfaces, Silver Travertine on the entertainment unit, Ocean Marine Quartzite at the bar, and hints of Monreale Marble on both indoor and outdoor coffee tables. These exquisite stones come together to form a beautiful blend of nostalgia and modernity, perfectly complementing the futuristic design elements of the space.

A focal point of the home, it showcases a sleek folded steel rangehood, inviting white and tan cabinetry, creamy tiles, and the stunning Palazzo Dolomite benchtop and splashback.
