Situated in Melbourne’s Albert Park, this latest masterpiece from Kent Stringer Interior Design is the epitome of contemporary, inner-city design. Featured in this breath-taking home is Mont Blanc Quartzite, Rosa Calmante Quartzite, Orvieto Dolomite, Thasos Marble and Jet Black Granite from CDK Stone. Combining the natural beauty found in each stone with contemporary design, this home is truly a work of art. Creating a stunning focal-point in each room, these natural stones add an unmatched depth and texture to these spaces.
As part of our Designer Collaboration Series, CDK Stone’s Architectural Sales Consultant Nathan Berrill took a deeper look into this breath-taking property and interviewed Kent Stringer of Kent Stringer Interior Design. Being the Principal and lead on this project, Kent was able to talk through his design decisions and how this project came together.

Creating an elegant and sophisticated aura, this Mont Blanc Quartzite benchtop combines functionality and style. Effortlessly tying together the graphite cabinetry, white cabinetry and black details, Mont Blanc Quartzite adds a natural contrast to this breath-taking kitchen.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the powder room features a show-stopping Rosa Calmante Quartzite vanity and wall cladding. With a soft pink base, Rosa Calmante features stark, white highlights with sunburnt undertones whilst incorporating natural sparkle which brightens its vogue pink tones.Â
Creating an impressive retreat within this home, the Orvieto Dolomite ensuite provides a tranquil hide-away. Orvieto incorporates an off-white background, shadowy grey highlights and hints of beige undertones.
Featuring an intricate, geometric design, the entryway to this home combines Thasos Marble and Jet Black Granite. Setting the tone for this property, these natural stones create a luxurious aura that engulfs this home.
Throughout this project Kent and the Kent Stringer Interior Design team worked with CDK Stone to make this project a reality.Â
